To me, Eilya is more than just a charity, it is my own endeavor, stemmed from my passion, nurtured with care, and grown with every beat of my heart. This is not a profession—it is my life's mission and calling. My vision for Eilya is to create a place where the word inclusion takes on a new and profound meaning. Here, there are no boundaries, no walls that separate us. Everyone, regardless of their background or abilities, is equally valued, respected, and given the opportunity to shine in their own unique way.

As we move forward, we do so hand in hand with our community, raising our voices together to advocate for equal rights and opportunities for all. We are dedicated to supporting those with special needs and addressing challenges related to accessibility, medical care, neurological, behavioral, and physical issues, as well as speech and language, psychosocial, and emotional difficulties. Every challenge faced by one of us is a call to action for all of us.

What drives me every day is the dream of creating a model of inclusion that is not just an idea but a living, breathing reality.
